My Workout is an app hosted by nihsko.com that came about after we were unhappy with existing workout planning apps. It is free and designed to be used on your phone web browser during your session. Set up your workout either on your phone or on your laptop, then away you go.
Account creation and all content is free. This is a non-profit project however we do accept donations towards the costs of things such as the domain name and hosting the application.
